We have implemented intelligent price index algorithms to calculate the price difference between different supermarket chains based on the average household spending on different product assortment categories.
We have designed software that automatically defines the optimal store layout for supermarket outlets based on various product and customer parameters. This software optimizes the gross profit margin because the assortment better fits the average customer.
Next to an optimal store layout, the best planogram or shelf layout for each product category is selected based on the volume dimensions and the stock level of each SKU in the final assortment of the store. Business logic can be configured with flowcharts.
