Coaching of students in “Technology in Healthcare” innovation projects (Electronics/Electromechanics/IT)

TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION
Multidisciplinary teams of students that design various healthcare innovations: multimedia kiosk for people with dementia, capsule filling machine for personalized medicines, pharmacy cooling box cloud monitoring solution.
Organizing Design Thinking Workshops where students learn different techniques to create prototypes (MVP) and iterate their innovations using customer feedback. Students are followed through the entire innovation process, and report about their progress.
Coaching of student teams. Learning how to share insights between various disciplines. Stimulating students to do market research. Encouraging them to explore new technologies, and go out of their comfort zone when meeting the end customer of the project.
Review of Bachelor thesis projects. Learning students in defining the scope of the project, and analyzing the client’s requirements. Learning them how to manage their project using popular Project Management methodologies.
